Made In Chelsea star in stitches as thieves dump his girlfriend's stolen suitcase 'because it sucks'

Sam Thompson and his girlfriend Zara McDermott were left stunned when a suitcase stolen from their car was found dumped in a bush still containing their belongings.

The Made In Chelsea couple documented the incident on social media.

"Our car got broken into and someone stole my girlfriend's suitcase" explained Sam with a photo of the car with a smashed window that had been taped over.

In a video clip former Love Island star Zara asked for the suitcase to be returned.

And she wrote with a crying-laughing emoji: "Thief if you're watching this please return my pink IT Luggage suitcase that I've had since I was 15.

"You can keep the contents."

While Sam joked: "I just want to thank you."

And he said into the camera: "Keep it, it's horrible."

Sam then shared a message from one of his followers to say it looked like had been found dumped on a road in Fulham.

And when the pair went to retrieve the case they discovered nothing had been taken.

The couple were seen walking towards the location as Sam joked he was 'hoping and praying' it was not Zara's bright pink case, as it 'sucked'.

"I'm hoping and praying that it's not her case," he said.

"They've dumped your case because it sucks and they don't want anything from it."

And the reality star burst out laughing when he saw it discarded in a bush.

"Shut up!" he shouted in amazement.

"There you have it, the terrible suitcase."

Sam and Zara filmed themselves picking up items from the case including his trusty old pair brown boots that had seen him through 'thick and thin' and an eye mask.

A final clip showed a chuffed Zara wheeling her suitcase away.

On her social media she wrote with laughing emojis: "It's really saying something when you get robbed and the thief doesn't even want your stuff."
