Made in Chelsea’s Jamie Laing fined for using mobile phone while riding Vespa scooter

Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing has been convicted and fined after he was spotted using his mobile phone while driving through central London on his moped.

The 34-year-old reality star was riding on a Piaggio Vespa along High Holborn when he was pulled over by a police officer in February this year.
