The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, a beloved holiday tradition, is set to kick off in New York City with a host of new additions and familiar favorites. This year marks the parade's 100th anniversary, and the festivities promise to be bigger and better than ever.
Among the highlights of this year's parade are new giant character balloons featuring Spider-Man and Minnie Mouse, as well as a variety of themed floats, including a zoo-themed float and one celebrating the Bronx Zoo's 125th anniversary. Performances from renowned artists such as Jennifer Hudson and Idina Menzel will add to the excitement of the event.
