Mack Hansen insists it was a "no-brainer" to sign a three-year contract extension with Connacht Rugby.
Hansen, 23, has handed the province a massive boost by agreeing the new deal with the province while he still had one year left on his current two-year contract.
The versatile backline star made a massive impact in his first season with the club, scoring six tries in 14 matches and making his Ireland debut during the Six Nations and he went on to start four of the five championship games in February and March.
