High street giant M&S found itself in the firing line with some shoppers after changing its logo. The logo change is hugely important, and shines light on one of the most important causes in the UK.
This month marks 50 years of the first Pride march in the UK - a momentous occasion which holds a place in the hearts of both the LGBTQ+ community and its allies. To support the occasion, M&S has changed its colours to those of the LGBTQ+ flag on its Facebook profile.
But some royalists, who are perhaps unaware of, or underestimate the gravity of Pride month, feel as though it outshines the Queen's Jubilee. M&S has been hit with complaints from shoppers, despite being absolutely full to the brim of Jubilee food and drink inside its supermarkets.
