Marks and Spencer shoppers have been left scratching their heads over the brand's latest product. The high-street store, which is famous for its take on seasonal foods over Christmas, Easter, and Valentine's Day, has bemused customers with its latest offering.
Just 24 hours after February 14, which would have seen heart-shaped foods — including the store's famous love sausage — flying off shelves, M&S has turned its attention to Easter. The store has begun to introduce customers to its 2023 Easter egg range with the announcement of a carrot-shaped chocolate treat.
Posting the new item across its social media pages, M&S wrote: "So, who's ready to start talking about Easter? Introducing our new eggs-ellent '23 carrot gold' egg! Made from golden blond chocolate before being coated in edible gold leaf, this treat comes complete with salted caramel-filled chocolate bunny ears."
