M&S issues message to anybody who shops in its Manchester or Trafford Centre stores

M&S has issued a message to anybody who shops at its Manchester and Trafford Centre stores. The retailer has made a huge change to these shops following a successful 12 month trial.

M&S has announced the arrival of eco-conscious fashion brand, Nobody’s Child, to its clothing department. The affordable pieces are perfect for fashion-conscious shoppers looking for style with substance, with the new roll-out to stores providing customers with more on-trend pieces to inspire their wardrobes on the run-up to summer.

Nobody’s Child prides itself in making sustainable and affordable clothing. Every piece in the collection uses conscious fabrics that have been sourced and manufactured responsibly, including the recycling and repurposing of materials used. The partnership with the eco-conscious brand comes after M&S pledged to be fully net zero by 2040.

The roll-out of the partnership in-store allows shoppers to shop their favourite brand but with the benefits of shopping at M&S, including a donation to charity every time you shop with Sparks.

As well as Nobody's Child, popular brand JAEGER is also being added to the Marks & Spencer clothing department, offering timeless quality and elegant fashion pieces for both men and women. M&S Manchester is one of 14 new stores nationwide to stock the iconic heritage brand following encouraging demand on M&S.com and a successful store trial in a number of stores across the UK.

The store will offer bespoke JAEGER sections, featuring a curated collection of products, changing rooms, seating areas and till points, as well as dedicated JAEGER style experts on hand to assist customers looking for the perfect outfit. The expansion will offer customers of M&S Manchester the opportunity to discover the tangible quality of stylish JAEGER products in-store.

Fiona Lambert, MD of JAEGER, said: Our expansion into M&S Manchester is the latest exciting step on the journey for JAEGER as part of the M&S Family. We’ve re-imagined the brand, keeping Jaeger’s values but designing for today’s lifestyle. We have been delighted with the response from customers; from those who have cherished the brand for years, to those who have recently discovered our new collections. With our dedicated store environment within M&S growing, we can’t wait to invite customers to meet our team of style experts and experience the timeless quality and effortless elegance of JAEGER products, both in store and on M&S.com”

As part of the M&S Family, JAEGER is an independent brand supported by the ecosystem of M&S. JAEGER is available in 26 M&S stores across the UK and Ireland. The full range will continue to be sold on M&S.com and will be available for next day delivery or Click & Collect to over 700 M&S locations.

Simon Layton, Manchester Regional Manager at M&S, told Manchester Evening News: “Here at M&S Manchester, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the latest trends, quality clothing and elegant fashion. We love the quintessentially British feel of JAEGER and the on-trend yet eco-conscious clothing of Nobody’s Child. We are extremely excited to provide the shoppers of Manchester with new designs by complementing and expanding our clothing range.”
