M&S and Aldi Colin the Caterpillar row comes to an end

Marks & Spencer and Aldi have settled a copyright row over the designs of Colin the Caterpillar cake.

The German supermarket was accused of copying the cake’s design.

An agreement between the supermarkets has been confirmed, but they said that no details of the deal could be released.
