Lynsey shared last week how she had made great progress with the treatment as she continues to battle cancer after first being diagnosed in 2017.
In two updates shared with her 59,000 Instagram followers over the past couple of days, she said she was back on Irish soil and delighted to be reunited with her girls.
"Got to see my babies Sunday evening… after 10 days in their dads," she said.
"Miss Hailee even got to go to Lanzo for a week while I was in Germany for treatment.
"Apologies for my lack of responses to messages, when I got home I’ve just needed time for me and now my girls are back with me and off this week I will still be a little MIA.
"Zoë is going to her first disco on Friday hopefully so we’ve to go shopping, something I am so over the moon to be here to see.
"Hoping to head @taytopark and maybe the @dublinzoo_official and other few bits… we had fantastic day in @luggwoods yesterday."
Over the long weekend, Lynsey also got to enjoy a night out in Cork before Zoe and Hailee came home on Sunday.
