NEW DELHI: New Zealand's golf sensation Lydia Ko secured her 20th career LPGA title on Sunday with a two-under par 70 in the final round of the season-opening Tournament of Champions at Lake Nona in Orlando.
World number 12 Ko, a two-time major champion, celebrated her first LPGA victory since the 2022 Tour Championship, capping an impressive performance in front of her home crowd. The 26-year-old, who resides and is a member at Lake Nona, finished the 72 holes at 14-under 274, clinching victory by a two-stroke margin over US teenager Alexa Pano.
