Lydia Bright has shared every parent's worst nightmare as she rushed her two-year-old daughter to hospital after she was struck down by a virus which left her struggling to breathe.

The former TOWIE star, 31, shared the scary episode saying it left her feeling 'delirious and helpless watching her be so ill' as she rushed her Loretta to hospital for treatment.

Sharing a lengthy post to Instagram she told how a virus left her needing to be hooked up to an oxygen mask at Whipps Cross Hospital in Leytonstone but later praised NHS staff who she said made Loretta feel like 'she was the only patient'.
