An Edinburgh hotel has apologised to one guest who complained about her visit - claiming that the stay was "noisy" and "unsettling".
The Crowne Plaza is a popular hotel in the capital which averages a four out of five star review overall - with guests praising the location, cleanliness and value for money.
However, one guest was left unsatisfied with her stay, as she noted that while the staff were friendly, she was really upset by the sheer "noisiness" of the entire hotel.
