Notts County boss Luke Williams was on hand to detail the reasoning behind Luther Munakandafa's loan switch from Basford United to National League North side Boston United.
The Magpies announced that the 18-year-old would leave Greenwich Avenue to further his development with the Pilgrims as they look to move further away from the relegation zone.
Munakandafa made 22 appearances for Mark Clifford's side, contributing ten goal involvements during his time with the club.

And the on-loan Magpies midfielder made his debut for Ian Culverhouse's side in their 2-2 draw with Gloucester but has not featured since following the postponement of their away trip to Kettering.
At the weekend we saw a glimpse of the future with under-19s stars Madou Cisse and Charlie Gill making their professional debuts in Notts' penalty shootout defeat in the FA Trophy against Maidstone.
While Munakandafa has been involved with the first team during pre-season and has a taste for regular football at a demanding level, Williams explained the reasoning behind his loan switch from Basford to York Street earlier this month.
"I think his loan was very good and was giving him the correct experiences that we wanted," said Williams.
"I think now he has a new challenge and it's now about him developing as a player and as a character.
"We are grateful for Basford because they gave him a fantastic opportunity there on loan and now we are looking for another good experience for Luther to develop."
