He’s netted 14 goals and provided 21 assists so far this season.
While Luncarty’s Ben Scarborough is satisfied with those figures, there remains a strong determination to build on it.
Scarborough’s latest goal contribution arrived last Saturday in a hard-working 3-1 win against Rosyth.
“So far this season I have been doing quite well with goals and assists,” he told the Perthshire Advertiser.
“I’m satisfied with the amount of goals I’ve scored this season but of course I want to score more.
“It’s important that everyone chips in with goals and assists and, over the last few games, we are showing how much quality we have in the squad.
“We’ve scored the most amount of goals in the league this season and there’s always going to be chances for the front four to make an impact.”
Scarborough added: “The win against Rosyth was crucial, it was a hard fought game and we deserved the three points in the end.
“Having games in hand over the teams above is a nice position to be in as we are in touching distance of moving up a few places. It makes every game a must win if we are wanting to go up.”
The Bleachers are on home soil again tomorrow afternoon and welcome Lochore Welfare to Brownlands Park in the First Division.
“Having not lost in their last four, Lochore is not going to be easy,” Scarborough said.
“If we want to get the three points it’s key that nobody is lazy. If we put in the hard work the quality will come with it.”
