Reported Rangers target Luis Palma's manager reckons the Honduran striker is priceless to Aris after a double fired them into a European spot.
The 23-year-old has been scouted by the Ibrox side all season as Michael Beale steps up his striker search, but they face serious competition from Burnley, Fenerbahce, Olympiacos and Anderlecht, with the Belgian side reportedly making an official enquiry for the six-times capped Honduran international wide man last week.
He scored another two goals this week in Aris' 4-2 win against Volos which guaranteed them a Europa Conference League place next season. And manager Apostolos Terzis was full of praise for Palma. He said: "Luis has done that all season. He has been a huge player for us. We know there has been a lot of interest in him and it's not surprising. Hopefully, playing in Europe next season will persuade him to stay with us.
"It's our fifth season in a row we will have qualified for Europe and that's the first time that has happened. And a large part of that is down to our attacking play. We now have two games left against AEK Athens and Panathinaikos and I hope we can end the season on a high."
Palma stated last week that he would only consider his future once the season had ended. He stressed: "First of all, there have been no concrete proposals or offers for me. It's just been speculation.
"I am completely focused on my team. Nothing can distract me during this important time. In my mind, I am only thinking to try and help Aris to get as many points as possible. If a good proposal comes after that, then we can talk. But for now, I only care about this season and Aris."
