'Can't play in big games' - Every word as Jamie Redknapp and Gary Neville clash over Trent Alexander-Arnold
Jamie Redknapp and Gary Neville clashed when discussing Trent Alexander-Arnold's England role on Sunday evening.
The pair were joined by Jamie Carragher, Karen Carney and host David Jones in a World Cup special on Sky Sports, covering England's prospects for the tournament, their ideal starting lineups and, specifically, the role of Liverpool right-back Alexander-Arnold. The 24-year-old has never been fully appreciated by fans of the national side and has come under intense scrutiny recently for his role in a poor start to the Premier League campaign.

Discussing their respective lineups for the opening match against Iran next Monday, Neville was the only one of the four pundits to start Alexander-Arnold at right wing-back. But the ex-England international caveated his decision with the point that he would 'never' play him at right-back in a knockout game, which prompted a heated discussion between himself and Redknapp.
