New Liverpool signing Luis Diaz has been the subject of criticism for his performances for his country.
The Reds completed the signing of the Colombia international in a £49million deal from Porto before transfer deadline day.
Diaz has put pen to paper on a five-year contract at Anfield, with Liverpool beating Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Barcelona to his signature.
The 25-year-old was on international duty when completing the paperwork to become a Reds player.

Colombia lost both of their World Cup qualifiers, to Peru and Argentina, meaning their chances of qualifying for this year’s tournament in Qatar are slim.
The 1-0 loss to Argentina saw Diaz leave the pitch in tears.
But despite failing to score against Argentina and Peru, the Reds new boy put in impressive performances.
However, that view is not echoed by former Argentina coach Alfio Basile, who has criticised Liverpool’s latest signing.

“That Diaz who Liverpool bought… I didn’t see him do anything against Peru or Argentina,” said Basile on Radio Cooperativa, via Caracol .
“Why did Liverpool buy Diaz?”
Diaz has now arrived on Merseyside but it remains to be seen whether he will make his debut in the FA Cup tie against Cardiff City on Sunday.
Speaking in his press conference on Friday, Jurgen Klopp said that even though he is yet to meet Diaz in person, he is excited at the prospect of working with the forward.
"If he stepped on the pitch and was immediately at his absolute best and playing better than everyone else then it would be really strange,” said the Reds boss.
"He needs time to adapt to it but that doesn't mean I speak about four or five months. I haven't even seen him yet at the training ground so maybe we should wait a little bit!
"We're really happy and excited with the signing, it's a really good sign that we work on all fronts to improve this team. We have to be successful now and in the future so he can help with both."
