LUDHIANA: After more than three months, no Covid case was reported in the district on Wednesday.
With no death reported on the day, the district’s toll stands at 2,279 and that of outsiders here is 1,125.
To date, 34,19,948 samples have been tested. The district’s case count is 1,09,778 and that of outsiders here is 14,740. So far, 1,07,489 patients have recovered, which constitutes 97.91% of the total cases.
There are 10 active cases. On the day, the number of samples taken was 3,401. As per the health department, the last time no case was reported was on December 14 last.
