A nurse accused of multiple baby murders was seen crying as she said: “It’s always me when it happens,” her trial was told.

Lucy Letby, 33, made the remark amid a series of collapses of infants at the Countess of Chester Hospital’s neo-natal unit, Manchester Crown Court heard.
