Lucy Kennedy has slammed a fake social media campaign for using her image to sell slimming aids.
The Classic Hits radio presenter took to Instagram to warn fans that she has found her image being used as part of the campaign on Facebook and she’s not happy about it.
The Dubliner wrote: “Good morning. I hear that someone is using my face and advertising slimming tablets on Facebook.

Lucy was keen to stress that she has nothing whatsoever to do with the fake online ads and pointed out that she is not even on Facebook.
“It’s not me,” continued the Living with Lucy star. “I’m not on Facebook.”
But despite being targeted by the online scam, Lucy has cause to celebrate as her Ireland’s Classic Hits radio show, which she co-hosts with Colm Hayes, has seen a rise in listeners.
The breakfast show has gained an extra 6,000 listeners according to recent JNLR figures.
The mum of three wrote that the news was “very exciting”.
“We’re up again!
“Thank you so much to all of our friends who tune in every morning.
“And welcome to the madness to our new 6,000 listeners.”
The presenter gave a big shout out to her colleague, Colm and said he is the only person she would get up so early in the morning for.
“Myself and Haysey love working together.
“There is no one else in the world that I would get up that early for.
“Here’s to many more fun mornings together.”
