Lucknow: Thrashed, filmed naked, car dealer dodges kidnappers

Police Government Railway Police Sanjay Singh kidnapped

LUCKNOW: A car dealer was allegedly kidnapped by a group of 13 men led by a Government Railway Police constable from outside KGMU Trauma Centre and taken to a garage where he was beaten, kicked, given electric shocks and filmed naked by the perpetrators on Saturday.

He managed to escape on Monday and contacted the police. Though police arrested one accused on Tuesday, the others are absconding.
