LUCKNOW: Planning to undertake a religious trip to Uttarakhand for months, Kalpana Pandey was elated after discovering a website offering cheap helicopter service for 'Char Dhaam Yatra'.

However, her joy was short-lived as even after payment of Rs 50,000, she and her family members were not allowed to board the helicopter in Dehradun.
