Lubin Seeks Redemption Against Ramos Jr. In Super Welterweight Clash

Erickson Lubin returned in June and rebounded with a fifth-round stoppage victory against Luis Arias, with the win positioning him for a clash against Jesus Ramos Jr. JAYNE KAMIN-ONCEA/GETTY IMAGES.

In 2017, Lubin challenged Jermell Charlo for a 154-pound title and promptly got punished and was put away with a one-round knockout.

The 27 year old American Boxer challenged for the WBC super welterweight title in 2017 and suffered a heavy defeat. He made a professional debut in 2013 and is scheduled to face Jesus Ramos Jr in the 12-round super welterweight co-feature to Canelo Alvarez vs. Jermell Charlo this coming Saturday at the T- Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
