Vanessa Low has leapt to victory in the world para athletics championships, claiming Australia's second gold in Delhi.
The 35-year-old clinched victory by four centimetres, her second jump of 5.49m, a championship record, proving just enough despite a late challenge from Switzerland's Elena Kratter, who carded 5.45m with her fifth-round effort.
It was Low's fourth long jump world title, three with Australia and one with her native Germany, and the first time she had retained the crown.
