People gathered to pay tribute to Elle Edwards on what would have been her 27th birthday.
Elle died after being shot outside the Lighthouse Pub in Wallasey Village on Christmas Eve last year. Police believe she was not the intended target of the shooting, with four men also injured during the incident.
Today (May 10), family and friends marked her birthday. They gathered on Fort Perch, New Brighton at 7pm to release balloons in tribute to Elle.
