Stan Collymore has claimed that Sadio Mane will be “loved and wanted” more at Bayern Munich than he was at Liverpool.
Mane has completed a move to Bayern in a transfer worth up to £35miilion. Liverpool will receive a fixed fee of €32m (£27.4m) with a further €9m (£7.7m) in add-ons. It eclipses what the Reds paid Southampton for the forward back in 2016, with that deal proving to be worth £31m with a further £2.5m in add-ons.
Mane spent six years at Liverpool, during which time he scored 120 goals in 269 appearances. Winning six major trophies along the way, the Senegal international formed a formidable bond with Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.
