Love Island fan's are convinced that two of this year's contestants knew each other ahead of Love Island 2023. Viewers watching Sunday (January 22) episode on ITV2 have flooded social media following actress Olivia Hawkins and model Zara Deniz Lackenby-Brown's 'awkward' conversation about bombshell footballer Tom Clare.
Olivia, who is from Brighton, was coupled up with Tom after he entered the villa in South Africa as a bombshell and they have been getting to know one another over the last few days. However his head was turned after getting to know Zara and they even shared a kiss in tonight's episode.
In a heated conversation about who Tom likes more, Zara, who is also a property developer from London, and Olivia, sparked speculation amongst viewers as they believe the pair have interacted before heading into the ITV reality show.

One eagle-eyed Love Island fan found 'evidence' of this as it shows a comment from Olivia in 2020 on one of Zara's posts. One viewer tweeted: "So apparently Olivia and Zara are friends on the outside? She’s commented on her pics on insta in 2020. #loveisland."
@lishaxlt said: "I fully believe Zara and Olivia know each other with the way Olivia is this bothered. Who has those Instagram receipts? #loveisland."
A third Love Island fan wrote: "olivia and zara must of had beef on the outside #loveisland."
Another viewer added: "I hope the producers make Olivia and Zara address the rumours #LoveIsland."
@Verse_19 also agreed and said: "We know Olivia and Zara knew each other before the show, but what I need to know is their enemy origin story. How did you go from being homies to wanting to flog each other on sight? Unless they’re faking the hate #LoveIsland."
You can catch-up on Sunday night's episode on ITVX.
