Love Island viewers accused Ron of sabotaging Tom so that he and Lana can stay safe in the competition.
During Casa Amor, the contestants got to know the new bombshells and formed new connections.
However, Ron decided to stay loyal and even slept on the day bed while Lana was in the other villa.
Tom was struggling to decide between Samie or the new Casa Amor girl Lydia after getting to know her and sharing a snog with her on the terrace.
On Thursday night, Ron had a chat with Tom by the pool and said: "You and Samie have been getting to know each other for, what, a week and a half?
"As much as I love Samie, how does a girl like that resist all the boys cracking on with her? I'm not going to put it in your head that she's lipsing with every boy in there but I would be surprised if she hadn't been open to getting to knowing people."
He added that he 'can't see her coming back on her own.'
"I know it's hard not to, but I genuinely wouldn't deep it as much as you think bringing Lydia because if I were in your shoes, I'd probably protect myself," he continued.
"You can literally bring her back, not be interested at all in the slightest and just focus on Samie but at least if she found a better connection, at least she knows you've got a connection already."
Tom answered: "I know, I think I'd just take that. Honestly, I would."
Fans immediately assumed he was trying to sabotage the couples and took to the comment section to share their theories.
"Oh, I see Ron’s game. Sabotage everyone else’s couple so him and Lana are the only ones left together," one user said.
Another added: "There is the Rin we know and hate. telling tom to pick another girl and forget Samie."
"Ron planting seeds in the other lad's heads so he can look like a good somebody," one viewer posted.
One fan tweeted: "Not Ron stirring the pot cos no casa girl has bothered to even look at him."
"Why is Ron trying to pull a Luca," one said, referencing Luca Bish from the previous season.
Ron has been with Lana since day one of the competition while Tom only recently got close with Samie.
