Love Island viewers beg ITV bosses to stop 'disgusting' tradition among islanders

Love Island viewers have begged ITV bosses to finally get rid of a 'nasty' tradition that seems to crop up every single year.

As the new series gets underway, with plenty of drama already going down, ITV viewers have been left unimpressed by some of the challenges and games the islanders have been given less than a week into their villa experience.

In particular, several viewers have been left annoyed by the fact that the 'three-way kiss' has made it's way to the 2023 summer series so soon.

After George locked lips with both Molly and Ella around the firepit, fans flocked to share their disgust.

"why are we bringing the three way kiss back," one Love Island viewer questioned.

"Noooooo not the three-way kiss again! And so sooon," another echoed.

"So sick of seeing these disgusting kisses and incestious three-way snogs. Get a room," someone else fumed.

"three way kisses just do not look fun i’m sorry maybe i’m just too strict," another voiced.

While another quipped: "How do we ban the three-way kiss."

It comes after fans complained that an editing error left them grossed out and reaching for the sick bucket.

Several of the Islanders got up very close and personal as they shared a kiss on Wednesday night's episode of the ITV2 show.

It was the tonsil tennis that had viewers feeling a little nauseous - but it was nothing to do with the Islanders, and instead producers turning up the mics.

Tyrique Hyde and Ella Thomas were locking lips, and so were Molly Marsh and Mitchel Taylor.

Many complained the sound of the smooches played by bosses were 'far too loud' for it left them covering their ears.

Fans were quick to say the volume was way too high and they didn't want the snogging in surround sound.

One took to twitter to ask: "No one, literally no one wants to hear people kissing, why do they leave that horrendous noise in?"

Another wrote: "The noise of kissing please love island stop it, knocks me sick."

A third user said it was all too much and put: "They need a kissing noise filter for those mics pls pls pls."
