Love Island viewers couldn't get their heads around Medhi Edno's big revelation on Thursday night.
The Bordeaux-born hunk pulled Leah Taylor aside for a surprise chat as said that he would like to get to know her more.
Leah was taken aback by his candid confession – and so were those watching at home.
His latest antics come just days after he asked Whitney to the terrace where they enjoyed a romantic snog.
"Really? I’m not going to lie, I didn’t expect that," the beauty told him after his blunt comment.
Mehdi then replied: "I think you’re a smart girl, you’re articulate…"
Leah cut in, saying: "I didn’t think it was on that level. I thought things were going well with you and Whitney…you’ve kissed?"
Fans were equally as bewildered by the exchange.
"I am confused that was proper random from Medhi," one fan wrote.
A second added: "Loooool everyone is confused by Medhi". Another penned: "ok Medhi take that one in your chest."
But one fan seems to have ruled him out, writing: "I already said Leah has a type, and Ty and Montel are it, Medhi, you have no chance, sorry."
Meanwhile, Molly and Zach headed on a date tonight, where they went roller skating.
"I am very, very happy. Everyday I’m just getting more and more closed. I don’t see anything changing right now except everything getting stronger," she told him, as he replied: "You've completely took me by surprise."
But Love Island fans are convinced one Islander is "jealous" of Molly as a new 'feud' emerges on the ITV2 show.
The group took part in a game of Never Have I Ever, with some big revelations including that Zachariah Noble had cheated on past partners.
He admitted that he cheated on a couple of girls when he was younger, but neither had known it at the time.
Jess immediately took issue with Zach's confession and said "once a cheat, always a cheat" as Ella jumped in on the conversation, and agreed with Jess. As Molly insisted she didn't mind about Zach's confession, Jess doubled down on what she had said earlier.
Mitch then stepped in and said Zach was good enough to admit to it, and didn't need to, whilst some of the other Islanders called that "growth" and praised him for speaking up, before Jess and Ella later apologised to Zach.
