Love Island USA star Taylor Williams has shared photos appearing to show facial injuries after ex-girlfriend Clarke Carraway detailed the Oklahoma incident she described as a breaking point in their relationship, prompting speculation over what happened before she was left at a petrol station.
Williams has not publicly accused Carraway of assault, and the cause, timing and circumstances of his apparent injuries have not been established.
Taylor Williams Shares Bruised-Face Photos
Williams reportedly shared the image on his Instagram Story before deleting it. The Shade Room described it as showing a bloody nose and what appeared to be a bruise on his forehead. He reportedly wrote, 'Story time soon... The truth gone come out.'
In an earlier Instagram Story, Williams wrote, 'Enough with all the negative DM's, she obviously didn't tell the full story and what she did to lead up to everything.' He added that he would 'get it all straightened out the right way soon.'
The timing of the posts has fuelled further interest in his version of the breakup.
Clarke Carraway Details Alleged Oklahoma Incident
Carraway discussed the breakup during the 20 September episode of Kaylor Martin's Kaylor's Crash Out podcast.
She alleged that a heated argument occurred while she was visiting Williams in Oklahoma. According to her account, she asked Williams to pull over because she wanted to leave and was eventually left at a petrol station after getting out.
Carraway said she was unfamiliar with the area and contacted members of Williams' family for help. She claimed one of them eventually collected her and took her to a hotel.
Taylor Disputes Clarke's Version
Williams has not yet provided a detailed public account of the Oklahoma confrontation. Instead, his response has focused on saying Carraway left out important context and events that he believes led up to the incident.
His statement that she did not tell the 'full story' is therefore central to the developing dispute. However, he has not publicly explained whether his apparent injuries are connected to the Oklahoma incident.
Bruised Photo Fuels Online Speculation
The image has since fuelled online speculation about what Williams meant by saying Carraway had not told the full story.
A TikTok commentary interpreted Williams' posts as potentially hinting that a physical confrontation may have occurred before the petrol-station incident. The creator said the bruised appearance of Williams' face was 'leaving fans to believe' he could be alluding to Carraway having 'put her hands on him.'

That interpretation remains unconfirmed. Williams has not publicly stated in the material reviewed that Carraway assaulted him, while the cause and circumstances of the apparent injuries remain unclear.
How the 'Love Island USA' Couple Split
Williams and Carraway met during Season 7 of Love Island USA and continued their relationship after leaving the villa. They later appeared together on Love Island: Beyond the Villa, where their relationship and long-distance challenges were also featured.
PEOPLE confirmed their breakup in July, with a source saying Carraway made the decision to end the relationship. The couple had been together for more than a year after leaving the show.
