Love Island have teased the arrival of two new bombshells - and they've been on the show before.
The ITV2 series only kicked off this week, and already there's been a number of entrances and an exit too as David Salako became the first Islander to be booted off the show. Hot on his heels, two new bombshells are ready to step foot in the South African villa and fans were left reeling as it was revealed they have been on the show before.
It has been confirmed that two new bombshells will arrive and they have both starred on the Australian version of the programme.
At the end of the episode tonight, it was confirmed that there will be some new additions to the villa in the form of Jessie Wynter and Aaron Waters - who appeared on the Australian version of the programme back in 2019 and 2021 respectively.
Jessie revealed she hasn't had a relationship since coming out of the Australian villa, where she met former partner Todd.
"I’m single and have been for quite some time! I’m very lucky to live the life I lead, but it does get a bit lonely. All of my friends are settling down, and it’s time for me to do the same. The last time I had a relationship, it was in the Love Island Australia Villa - so let’s go!" she said, "I definitely will be bringing energy to Love Island. There won’t be a quiet moment. I’m going to bring those good vibes."
Aaron says he's ready for a romance - and think he's got all the things girls are looking for.
Speaking ahead of his arrival, Aaron said: "I’m loyal, honest, great at communication and self-awareness so when it comes to dealing with obstacles and adversity in a relationship, I’m able to talk openly about how I feel to try and work around things.
"I think the key to any good relationship is being content in yourself and I’m very happy in myself and who I am."
Their arrival comes hot on the heels of more bombshells, with the now axed David and Zara also entering the villa in recent days. Immediately, Ron took a shine to Zara after she invited him out on a date, with the move clearly panicking Lana. Zara is a model and a dancer, and when she returned to the villa, she spoke of her connection with Ron, leaving Lana fuming.
Whilst Lana insisted it was "fair game" she was clearly rattled by Zara's keenness on Ron, and it looked like her fears were confirmed as Ron admitted he wanted to get to know them both before ultimately deciding that he was more interested in Zara.
David had less luck during his time on the show, with him setting his sights on Tanya, who is coupled up with Shaq. The pair had just shared their first kiss, but David was keen to see if he could steal Tanya away.
The new bombshells will no doubt cause chaos in the villa, as the previous three have so far. Tom was the first bombshell entry, after the public chose him to join the ITV2 show as the first bombshell of the series.
He quickly took a shine to Olivia and soon the pair were flirting with one another, but he kept his options open by pulling all the girls for a chat during his first day in the South African villa.
*Love Island will return on Sunday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX, followed by the first After Sun of the series.
