It's been just over one month since the latest series of Love Island ended and the contestants left the Majorca villa following a summer of romance and drama.
Quite a lot has happened since Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti scooped the winners' crown, including host Laura Whitmore announcing she's stepped down as the show's presenter. Some couples from the 2022 series have already split up - with blossoming romances coming to abrupt ends weeks after the final, writes The Mirror.
But others have been thriving since leaving the villa from revelling in joint TV deals, six-figure fashion contracts and even snapping up the keys to their own love nests. We take a look back at the winners and losers from this year's series...
Ekin-S u and Davide
The reigning Love Island winners Ekin-Su, 28, and Davide, 27, had quite a rollercoaster of an experience in the villa but their connection seemed to resonate with viewers. The couple - who have said they are going to move in together - have been pursuing opportunities since the final, including fronting their own travel and cooking show for ITV2.
Discussing the project on ITV's Lorraine, Ekin-Su said it will see the couple spend a week in Turkey, meeting her family, and a week in Italy, where she'll be introduced to his family. It's not the only exciting project that's underway, as Ekin-Su was announced as the new face of fashion brand Oh Polly! last month in a deal reportedly worth £1 million.
She flew out to Los Angeles a few weeks ago to work on promotional material for the partnership, with Davide expected to announce his own brand partnerships soon. The pair have faced allegations of "cheating" since their time in the villa, with Davide seen getting into a taxi with two women in London whilst girlfriend Ekin-Su was in LA.
He was spotted getting into the vehicle with the women and another man following a boxing match which featured KSI at the O2 Arena towards the end of last month. The couple have since addressed the situation, including on This Morning earlier this week where Ekin-Su said that her boyfriend was actually with a larger group of people.
"There was only limited cabs," she explained. Davide added that there was also a mutual friend who saw him with "a bunch of people," rather than just him and the women. Davide further commented: "[Me and Ekin-Su] were speaking the whole night so she knew the truth. I knew the truth. So when I saw the [news about it] I was actually laughing."
Gemma and Luca
Gemma Owen, 19, and Luca Bish, 23, were the runners up on the latest series of Love Island, with them having been coupled up together for much of the experience. The pair went official last month after Luca organised a special proposal for his now-girlfriend Gemma, which had included roses, candles, balloons, rose petals and even a cellist.
Gemma confirmed the news on social media, writing in a post on Instagram recently: "Finally official. Thank you @lucabish for such a special night!" She included a heart emoji. The equestrian - who is the daughter of former footballer Michael Owen - has been among the islanders from this year who have already announced a brand partnership.
She has been named as an ambassador for PrettyLittleThing, following in the footsteps of fellow runner-up Molly-Mae Hague, who has since become its creative director. "I wore [PLT] throughout my time on the show and now being announced as one of their newest ambassadors alongside some incredible talent [...] is really special," Gemma said.
She's also hinted that she might be working with Paramount studios on a new TV show. There's also speculation she could be part of a series about footballer's daughters. It's been announced that Luca is returning to non-league football, having signed with Hailsham Town. He's also set to launch a social media show, the Bish and Chips Show, this month.
Indiyah and Dami
Indiyah Pollack, 23, and Dami Hope, 26, placed third on the ITV2 reality series this summer, after having experienced a little bit of drama in their relationship whilst in the villa. Since the final, the couple have been busy with events and other opportunities, with Indiyah having announced that she has secured deals with two major brands in recent weeks.
She is now a brand ambassador for health and beauty retailer Boots UK, and shared photos of herself signing her contract at its headquarters in Covent Garden last month. Indiyah said she was "insanely excited," adding in her statement: "Beauty is a huge passion and obsession of mine, so becoming a beauty ambassador for Boots is a dream come true."
The Love Island finalist later revealed that she has also signed a deal with fashion brand PrettyLittleThing to become the first ever ambassador for its marketplace. Dami - who has worked with brands like Coca Cola since leaving the villa - told Sunday World last week that he's planning to relocate to England and move in with Indiyah.
"We are so busy right now that we haven't had time to look for a place together, but we are definitely going to start looking soon because things are going great," he said. He added: "I'll always be an Irish boy [...] but there are doors opening for me in England now." Dami commented that there are "there are good opportunities" in London.
Tasha and Andrew
Tasha Ghouri, 24, and Andrew Le Page, 27, reached the final of Love Island this year, and their journey on the series definitely featured its fair share of drama for the couple. It was announced this week that the pair are moving into an apartment in London together, which Tasha described as their "dream place" in a video on Instagram.
Tasha is understood to have been among the first of this year's alumni to have signed a fashion deal, with her having announced that she will be working with retailer eBay. She revealed on Instagram last month that she is the marketplace's 'pre-loved ambassador' in a bid to put secondhand fashion "front and centre" amid concerns over fast-fashion.
Tasha explained that she has previously purchased pre-loved items, saying: "I've always bought secondhand for my wardrobe, so [this partnership is] really is a dream come true. I feel passionately that we can all make little swaps to our wardrobes and our lives for the better and so I'm excited [by this opportunity]," she explained on the platform.
Andrew - who's worked with brands like Subway - has been one of the bookies favourites to sign up for Dancing on Ice, though casting for the new series hasn't been announced.
Paige and Adam
Paige Thorne, 24, and Adam Collard, 26, narrowly missed out on a place in the final on this year's Love Island - which marked returning islander Adam's second time in the villa. Since the show, Paige has said that she's had a meeting to return to work as a paramedic, after previously teasing that she would go back to the profession at some point.
It has been revealed that Paige had to resign from her in order to take part in the "once in a lifetime" opportunity of Love Island, which she has said left her "devastated". She's now signed a fashion deal with brand Forever Unique, which marks her first collaboration since leaving the villa. Her party collection is set to launch later this year.
Paige said she has "loved" the brand - owned by Real Housewives of Cheshire star Seema Malhotra - for some time, saying it's a "real pinch me moment" to partner with them. "I wanted my collection to be a considered purchase, using high quality materials and taking me out of my comfort zone," the former islander said about the opportunity.
Adam - who Paige has teased got her name tattooed on himself recently - is understood to have been busy running his own gym, Sculpt, in Newcastle whilst dating Paige.
Danica and Jamie
Danica Taylor, 21, and Jamie Allen, 27, were another pairing to come out of Love Island this year, though they were dumped from the island just a week before the final. It's been reported that they have become the first couple to split up from the latest series, though neither of them have confirmed the speculation over their relationship.
Last month, it was reported by the Daily Mail that they had called it quits after Danica was allegedly seen kissing TOWIE 's Roman Hackett "despite being in a relationship" with Jamie. A source said: "Danica and Jamie have gone their separate ways. They were yet to make their relationship official but have decided that they didn't quite work together romantically."
Danica - who's promoted brands like PLT and Beauty Works since leaving the villa - has said she wants to pursue opportunities in the TV industry, potentially even Dancing on Ice. Jamie on the other hand has returned to his previous job as a professional footballer, having signed with AFC Telford United recently after leaving FC Halifax Town.
