Love Island's Maxwell Samuda is returning to his 9 to 5 job, just three months after going on the search for a relationship.
The former reality star has revealed he's made the decision to shun the world of showbiz and will instead be going back to a regular job.
Prior to appearing on the ITV2 dating programme, the 24-year-old studied for both an Undergraduate as well as a Master's Degree and admits he studied too hard to let it go to waste.
He claims to already have a job lined up but hopes he can balance his career with some aspects of the showbiz circuit, which would be "amazing".
Reflecting on life as an influencer, the finance student and restaurant host said: "Right now the way that I see things is if I can have a bit of a combination with both of these areas at the moment then that would be amazing."
During an appearance on the Secure The Insecure with Johnny Seifert podcast, Maxwell who dated Olivia Hawkins continued: "I worked too hard throughout my undergrad and my masters to say that I'm going to have nothing to do with that now.
"But then I have an opportunity with like the show and social media, there's a small bit of influence if there's things that I want to create, it makes it a bit more easier to do that now.
"I got an offer for a graduate job the day that I went to go on Love Island that I accepted so I will still be doing that later in the year and that will start and I'm very happy about that."
He added: "And it's like, I will definitely want to have like a combination in my life where there's two different areas that I can work on and build on," before confirming his new job will commence in September.
Maxwell entered the show during the infamous Casa Amor week as a bombshell on day 28, sending shockwaves through the core of the vill before coupling up with Olivia Hawkins.
Sadly, the pair were dumped from the villa on day 45 after receiving the fewest votes from the public.
In a dramatic twist, they were given the opportunity to dump another couple from the villa and chose to give Claudia and Keanan the boot.
Despite their initial romance, Maxwell and Olivia made the decision to split just weeks after they returned from South Africa.
