Love Island star Ellie Brown has debuted her dramatic transformation after revealed she’s had fat dissolving injections in her neck.
The former reality star, 24, looks very different from her time in the famous villa when she appeared alongside the 2018 cast.
She made a delayed entry to the ITV show with Zara McDermott as they strutted in as bombshells.
But Ellie, who was dating fellow Islander Michael Griffiths until recently, is worlds away from the fresh faced 20-year-old who burst onto screens looking for a summer romance on series four.
The blonde bombshell influencer visited the KLNIK in Cheshire for her fat dissolving injections, where she was treated by Dr Rosh.
The Newcastle native chose to have the Aqualyx procedure, which according to their website is a "non-surgical reduction of localised fat under the skin" also known as an alternative to liposuction.
Dr Rosh shared a grisly clip of Ellie having the neck injections to his TikTok.
Ellie could be seen laying back and revealing her neck before Dr Rosh explained the procedure.
He explained: "Aqualyx is a fat removal therapy which reduces stubborn fat...
"It then flushes out your body."
It’s not the only surgical change Ellie has undergone since she starred on the show.
In 2019, a source claimed she underwent a boob job in October 2018, just a few months after appearing on the reality show.
A source told the Sun at the time: “Ellie absolutely loves her new boobs – she’s a curvy woman and has always felt having bigger breasts would suit her more.
“She feels they make her body look in proportion and has loved showing them off in low-cut dresses on nights out.”
Ellie has never publicly commented on the surgery herself.
She left the show coupled up with Charlie Brake who she dated for a while after the show ended.
She’s since been linked to Michael Griffiths, who appeared on the 2019 season of Love Island.
But Ellie has split from the fellow reality star, revealing in January she "does not have a boyfriend", just days after Michael insisted she was the "one".
