The next episode of Love Island will see a bombshell arrival in the form of Gemma Owen's ex-boyfriend.
A preview for Sunday's show revealed rugby player Jacques O'Neill entering the villa to the apparent shock of his ex who hid on the balcony.
The recoupling on Saturday saw Liam's surprise exit and Paige and Afia single, but the women could get a second chance at love with Jacques.
It has been confirmed on social media that the identity of the new bombshell is rugby player Jacques, who once dated Gemma Owen, the daughter of former Liverpool striker Michael Owen, the Mirror reported.
"It’s official!!! Jacques has hung his boots up for love and is entertaining the @loveisland villa. #Love #LoveIsland," shared Jacques' family on social media, confirming the shakeup.
Liam decided to quit the villa during Saturday's show, meaning two girls had been left vulnerable and risked being axed from the villa.
However, because of his decision, the two girls had another chance as Jacques is prepared to enter the Love Island villa.
The 23-year-old sportsman plays for Castleford Tigers, having been there since he was a teenager and his club today confirmed he was allowed to take a break from the team in order to go on the show.
"Castleford Tigers can today confirm that the club has agreed to release Jacques O'Neill from his contract to allow him to pursue another opportunity," a statement released by the team read.
Just tonight, Gemma recoupled up with Luca Bish - whilst Davide, who Gemma was previously partnered with, decided to go for Ekin-Su, who he had been growing close to.
Gemma had expressed an interest in Davide, but as soon as the bombshell walked in, the Italian Islander seemed keen to get to know the actress, who hails from Essex.
Luca and Gemma had a chat during last night's show, where she discussed her famous dad Michael - but failed to name drop him.
When Luca asked who out of all the boys she felt her dad would get along best with, she said: "You. Because you're sporty and you're into football and into racing. I think my dad would have stuff in common with you.
"He was quite close with my first boyfriend and I think he appreciates a guy who is into sports and all that kind of stuff.
"So I heard you like talking about football and racing and all that, so I'm like hmm."
Love Island next airs on Sunday, June 11 at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
