Love Island's Zara Lackenby-Brown has been dumped from the villa during Wednesday night's dramatic recoupling ceremony.
Zara had hoped to find love this Winter, but unfortunately she found herself dumped from the villa when the male Islanders made their selections on who they'd like to couple up with. It was the boys' chance to choose thanks to the arrival of bombshell Samie, whose presence clearly had shaken up the villa.
Following the recoupling, Zara was the last girl standing and thus she was dumped from the show as Tom was the last to pick. He went for Ellie, who he shared a secret kiss with.
Following an explosive week in the villa, Tom and Ellie's secret kiss was revealed to Olivia. During the recoupling, farmer Will was up first and to no surprise chose to recouple with Jessie after their romantic date.
Aussie Aaron was next up and chose to recouple with Lana and said that she 'deserved more' than what she was getting, as things haven't been smooth sailing with Ron. Spencer chose to recouple with Olivia after the two enjoyed a romantic date earlier this week.
Shaq recoupled with Tanya, after the couple spent a saucy night in the hideaway last night. During his speech, he said she was one of the most kind and beautiful girls he had met.
As Kai made his speech before picking Samie, Ron could be seen mouthing 'f***' under his breath. Ron and Lana previously hit the rocks in their relationship, after he previously said he would like to get to know bombshell entries Ellie and Samie.
In a heartfelt speech, Ron chose to couple up with his 'best friend' Tanyel as the pair exchanged 'I love yous' in the sweet moment. This comes as Kai and Tanyel were previously coupled up, but he was one of many guys expressing interest in Samie.
Footballer Tom chose last and picked new arrival Ellie, after previously calling his romance with Zara quits. Tom and Ellie previously shared a kiss together while he was coupled up with Zara, which caused serious drama this week as he told Olivia just days before he wanted to explore things with her again.
This comes after the ITV show was hit with bullying complaints over the Islanders treatment of Zara. Ofcom released their latest reports on complaints from viewers at home and the ITV2 reality show received nearly 200 complaints for recent scenes.
Ofcom has confirmed they received 197 complaints from ITV2 viewers at home after Islanders turned on Zara in recent scenes in the South African villa. During the game of dares, various attacks on Zara left many Love Island viewers at home sympathising with the model as they felt her fellow Islanders were ‘ganging up on her’.
Love Island returns to ITV2 and ITVX tomorrow at 9pm.
