Love Island star Tanya Manhenga is understood to have received medical attention following an accident in the villa.
The islander, 23 - who is among the contestants on the latest series of the ITV2 dating show - is said to have ended up in pain after falling and hurting her arm recently.
It's understood that she was attended to by villa medics after tripping over, with them said to have confirmed that she hadn't suffered a sprain or "broken anything".
Biomedical student Tanya is said to have been left feeling "a bit bruised" though following her fall and was reportedly caught off guard by it all.
Discussing the fall, a source told the Sun: "Tanya tripped over in the villa and said she was in a fair bit of pain."
They further commented about it: "She was checked over by the villa medics who confirmed she'd just banged herself and hadn't sprained or broken anything."
"Tanya said she felt a bit bruised and that the shock of the trip caught her off guard," they said.
The source added that the safety of the islanders is "paramount" on the production and so Tanya was "seen to quickly".
The news comes ahead of tonight's episode of Love Island, which is set to see fellow islander Martin Akinola, 27, confront Tanya over recent events in the villa.
They are coupled up after meeting in Casa Amor. The pair however have since ended things romantically and she has reconciled with Shaq Muhammad, 24, recently.
Tanya declared her love for Shaq in front of her co-stars in last night's episode. And she admitted: "I couldn't even sleep yesterday. I snuck downstairs and I kissed him."
A teaser for tonight's episode showed Martin confronting Tanya following her speech. He was heard telling her in the clip: "You are a liar. You made me look like an idiot".
Tanya looks set to defend herself, with her heard saying at one point: "One thing you're not gonna do is call me a liar. You're not gonna call me a liar because you're bitter".
Love Island continues tonight on ITV2 and ITVX from 9pm. You can catch up on previous episodes now through ITVX.
