Love Island's Siânnise Fudge 'overwhelmed' by support following past mental health battle

Siânnise Fudge has taken to social media to thank her followers for all the support they have shown after she revealed overcoming a mental health battle. The Love Island star said she has been left "overwhelmed" and "speechless" for all the kind messages and comments, saying she wants to help other people who are battling the same thing as much as she can.

Taking to her Instagram stories, she said: "Thank you so, so much from the bottom of my heart for all of the love, all the support from my recent post.

"I am so glad that I shared that, because knowing I could potentially help somebody and encourage people to speak up and get help, it really is my main goal."

"I've just been so overwhelmed and so speechless with all the support, it's just been absolutely incredible"

The 27-year-old then shared her best advice from her personal experience on what helped her to overcome anxiety and depression, saying herbal products were the key.

She added: "I invested in a lot of herbal products, so herbal tea was a godsend to me, literally before bed time it really relaxed me. Lavender oil is something I absolutely swear by,

"You can put drops of it in your bath, you can burn it in an oil burner, you can get candles, you can get pillow spray. I'd definitely recommend any lavender products for anything to do with sleep or even just naturally relaxing you."

"Say I fell asleep in the early hours of the morning, instead of sleeping in until the afternoon, I got up early, so no matter how I felt I got up early, and I got myself in to that routine again so I was tired before I went to sleep and then my body is more likely to fall asleep.

"Also apps on your phone, I've got one called 'Calm'. I absolutely love the sound of rain hitting against the window I find that really relaxing so I would put that sound on, and I would lie there and just focus on that sound."
