Love Island star Sam Gowland has shown off his swollen face after undergoing a beard transplant.

The reality TV star, 27, who appeared on the ITV2 dating show in 2017, underwent the procedure after feeling insecure over his lack of facial hair, admitting that he found it almost impossible to grow hair on the sides of his face.

Sam, who also previously starred on Geordie Shore, took to Instagram to share photos before he underwent the transplant.
