Ron Hall has said his eyes are his best feature and it something that always helps him win over the ladies.
The Love Island hunk, 25, was left partially-sighted following an accident during a football game at the age of eight.
Financial advisor Ron discussed his disability as he was announced as part of the line-up for the new series.
He said: "On meeting me, you’d never know I am blind in one eye.
"It was the result of a football injury when I was 8; I went in for a header and got kicked in the face.
"I’ve got two different coloured eyes, one blue and one green."
Ron added at the time: "It’s added to my character, there are so many people that are worse off than me. And if anything, losing something like that makes you realise that.
"It’s not hindered me in any shape or form. It’s a good conversation starter I must admit."
And in a chat with the Mirror, Ron has revealed his eyes are the feature which helps him get attention from the opposite sex.
When asked what draws potential matches in the most, Ron said: "My dodgey eye," with a laugh.
He added: "I always say my best feature are my eyes because they're two different colours."
Ron also revealed he has confidently embraced being partially-sighted as he said: "I know everyone about disability and I guess but I would definitely say my eyes [are my best feature."
The financial advisor added: "My buzz cut seems to be a game changer over the last couple of years."
Pondering over the question, he said: "Best feature... I would go with eyes I think – eyes and buzz cut!"
While some people may feel nervous about the prospect of parading around a villa in swimwear while being watched by millions, Ron is unfazed and said he's happy to "get his kit off" no matter how he looks.
Ron revealed he had lost some weight in the weeks leading up to the show – but only because he had been training for a boxing match.
He said: "I'm happy no the matter what I look like.
"Obviously it helps if you've got a couple of abs to some girls but, I'm more than happy getting my kit off.
"It's a holiday, I want to get the kit off and get a tan!"
Before he was announced as part of this year' lineup, Ron was rumoured to be taking part in the series.
A source on the ITV2 show told The Sun : "The casting team are excited by the signing. It’s a really positive move to have more diversity on-screen, especially as there are so few blind people on telly."
They added: "He’s keen to meet new people and, hopefully, find love.
"He’s also really open about his disability and is hoping to raise awareness and help others by discussing it on screen."
