Paige Thorne has opened up about her relationship with her Love Island co-star Jacques O'Neill following her split from Adam Collard after a two-month romance.
Jacques, 23, and Paige, 24, grew close on the ITV dating show, but ultimately parted ways after Jacques admitted he had been unfaithful during Casa Amor.
The rugby player left the show shortly after, telling his fellow Islanders that he was struggling. Paige then coupled up with 26-year-old Adam, but the two have since split after a video showing Adam getting close to a mystery blonde went viral. The woman later came forward to insist nothing happened between her and Adam.
Paige has recently reconnected with Jacques and discussed their relationship on the Saving Grave podcast: "There has been slight contact.
"No contact with the lips. Let’s not forget how this boy done me in Casa. Obviously, we had a vibe in there. But he done me over.
"D**khead. Fine. But we’re just going to see where things go. I am in zero rush to be with a man because men are trash."
While Paige admitted she has been in touch with Jacques, she later added that the pair are currently just friends.
Paige insisted to Cosmopolitan: "It’s spreading that me and Jacques are back in contact, and we're going to be ‘reunited’ and all this kind of thing.
"We've literally had one conversation on the phone. It's just friends. Everyone can chill out with the speculation that ‘Paige and Jack, she's gonna go back to him’. It's not quite like that. We’re just friends."
Elsewhere in the podcast chat, Paige opened up about her split from Adam and suggested that she has seen more videos of his 'infidelity'.
The pair's relationship lasted just two months after rumours started circulating that Adam had cheated, with clips surfacing of Adam getting close with a woman on a night out. Paige subsequently removed all traces of him from her social media page.
The gym owner was also pictured cosying up to another girl at a pool party in Ibiza before heading to Bali just days after their split.
"I’m single – living my best life. No I’m kidding, it’s been a really s**t time," Paige said.
She added: "It’s not just that video. There are other videos that people don’t know about of different people, on the same night, in different locations.
"At first, I was like, nah do you know what? It’s just an arm. I get that people get flirty. There’s nothing to it. If I’m in the club and a guy puts his arm around me, is it cheating? No.
"And then these other videos came out and I’m just like, ooh. Ooh, I can’t justify this."
