Paige Thorne quoted a very famous former contestant as she left fans 'cringing' with a confession about Adam Collard on Thursday' Love Island.
Newcastle lothario Adam made Love Island history by returning to the villa this week, four years after his first dramatic appearance on the ITV2 show. His arrival lived up to its 'bombshell' billing, with Adam staying true to his vow to 'ruffle a few feathers' amongst the cast, particularly Jacques who'd been in a couple with Paige for much of the new series.
After losing his cool over something Adam allegedly said about him, Jacques quit Love Island, with both him and Paige in tear as he announced his departure. Some Love Island viewers claimed they were shocked Paige didn't leave with him and, it looks like she's already got over Jacques after Adam chose her to couple up with her.

Adam was full of compliments about Paige, who has been the target of a Love Island 'exit' hoax, saying she was the only girl he could see 'something with.' And, confiding in Ekin-Su, Paige admitted that she really fancied the Geordie gym owner, taking inspiration from 2019 Islander Maura Higgins as she said: "I don't want to say the word 'fanny flutters'....but," as Ekin sat there open mouthed.
Paige added: "The vibe with Adam is just so different already."
Fans who'd already seen the first look preview of Thursday's episode hours earlier were already aghast at Paige's confession, with one taking to Twitter to react: "Jacques can go ahead and cancel the limo to the airport to pick Paige up. Once you start getting the fanny flutters it’s curtains. That girl is GONE."
A second posted: "Paige needs to go next. She’s gone from crying nearly every night about Jacques to then having “fanny flutters” for Adam in TWO days?! Pleaaaase can we get her out I’m tired lol," with another tweeting: "Also how Paige getting ‘fanny flutters’ for another boy after crying all that much over Jacques leaving."
