The winter edition of Love Island finally came to an end last night after weeks of bombshells, dumpings, and coupling up. The show was won by Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan, with Ron Hall and Lana Jenkins coming in second place and Tom Clare and Samie Elishi in third.
The live final also saw Tanya Mahenga and Shaq Muhammad come in fourth place, while Jessie Wynter and Will Young just missed out on making it to the last episode in a brutal dumping following a public vote. You can see exactly how the live final played out here.
Kai and Sanam's relationship blossomed during Casa Amor. Prior to the famous challenge, Kai had been exploring a connection with Olivia Hawkins, but both of the original Islanders chose to recouple with bombshells.

While Kai picked Sanam, Olivia walked back into the main villa hand in hand with Maxwell Samuda. Despite both recoupling, Olivia was left upset with Kai's decision and the pair continued to clash during their time in the villa.
Following her exit, Olivia admitted her reaction to Kai's recoupling was "hypocritical" and has now reacted to Kai and Sanam's big win. Despite the drama, Olivia claimed she felt "happy" for her ex as she responded to the public vote on her Instagram story.
Sharing the official Love Island winners' post to her own platform, Olivia wrote "happy for them" with a love heart face emoji. And she wasn't the only 2023 Islander to react as Swansea-born Anna-May Robey, who was previously coupled up with Kai, wrote: "Aww congrats guys."
Tanyel Raven commented with love heart emojis and bombshell Spencer Wilks wrote: "Most unreal couple, genuine and sexy, deserved to win." For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
