Love Island's Millie Court shares 'vulnerable' photo as she removes all traces of make-up

Millie Court celebrated International Women's Day with an empowering message for her followers.

The former Love Islander shared a make-up free snap and embraced her natural skin.

She said she was "at her most vulnerable" in the selection of snaps she shared with fans.

The 25-year-old captioned her post: "Today is a day where we can celebrate us," the Instagram influencer captioned her post.

"I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you.

"Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person."

The star continued: "None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind.

"This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you."

Millie said she has been hit with criticism for how she looks (Instagram)

She then encouraged fans to comment with one thing that they like about themselves.

In her photos she showed off her skin at different angles as she wore her blonde hair in a low loose bun.

Millie wore a stunning black tulle dress and kept her feet bare and wore no jeweller except some minimalistic gold hoops in her ears.

Her boyfriend and Love Island winner praised her in the comment section and wrote: "Gorgeous babe".

Love Island pal Lucinda Strafford commented: "That's my beautiful bby girl."

She has recently spoke about the abuse she suffers from nasty trolls since she's become famous.

After one follower asked if she was pregnant she wrote: "NO I am not pregnant. Although one day hopefully I will be and I'm sure it'll be one of the happiest days of my life but being a woman, especially in the public eye, I've now experienced what it's like to be absolutely torn apart by the way you look, dress, act etc and it can be hard on someone to be constantly judged.

"I am trying my best to show everyone you are beautiful, no matter what, without all the editing and filters.

She continued: "But if you have made this comment to someone, just think about how that someone could take that and it could potentially hurt."

Millie went on to say that she has always fluctuated between a size 8 and 10, and that before Love Island she didn't consider her weight.

However, she admitted that in the lead up to the show she worked out "every day" and ate salads for lunch, but added that she was "miserable" doing it.

She said that she went from a size 10 to a size 6, adding that it was the "smallest she'd ever been" as a young adult.
