Love Island's Michael Griffiths has bulked up since his days on the dating show.
The 30-year-old ditched his job as a firefighter and now works as a fitness trainer and is even more muscly than he was on TV.
The tattooed gym lover has been showing off his incredibly sculpted physique to his 1.1million followers.
In one video, Michael was joined by Ex On The Beach star Ashley Cain, 31, and the pair performed synchronised backflips.
Referencing the 2008 comedy Step Brothers with Will Ferrell and John C Reilly, Michael captioned the video: "Did we just become best friends?"
As the boys jumped around, 2018 Love Island star Kaz Crossley, who works as a fitness and beauty influencer, cheered them on in the background.
As well as sharing beefed-up snaps, he also shows off his super healthy diet and workout plan.
In an interview in 2020, he told MailOnline that he "didn't hold any grudges" against his Love Island ex Amber Gill - who won that year.
He was hit out by fans for ditching Amber for Joanna Chimonides in heated scenes.
"There's no point in me holding grudges and what happened in the past, happened in the past. If you hold onto it it's just going to upset you even more," he said.
Amber was stunned after Michael returned from Casa Amor with another woman.
Michael admits he has 'no regrets' from his time in the villa and he's happy to remain single for the foreseeable future. He said: "I don't regret anything from that point of view."
"After Love Island, I found it difficult to date, right now the way I see it I just have to concentrate on myself and becoming the best version of myself I can be by concentrating on work and my career."
After his time on the ITV show, he moved from Liverpool where he grew up to Essex.
He gained housemates Jordan Hames, Chris Taylor and Danny Williams.
The lads starred in MTV's Living The Dream, a digital series filmed during the pandemic.
Michael revealed how after he left Love Island he was trolled.

"I guess…when I first came out I was getting quite a lot of death threats. People telling me to kill myself," he told Daily Star.
"There were people telling me they knew where I lived and stuff like that and they were going to do things when they see me.
"But nothing ever came from it, I’m not gonna live my life in fear because somebody is a bit of a keyboard warrior."
