The presenter is normally only in the villa to deliver the dramatic news that one couple will be at risk from leaving the South African residence and will face jetting back to England two weeks before the final.
Wednesday night's episode was no different as the Bristolian beauty will make a grand entrance and interrupted a party at the Beach Club and rock the Islanders.
Maya, 28, left no stone unturned as she ensured all eyes were on her as she strutted down the palm tree-lined path towards the party.
The presenter looked sensational in a plunging orange dress which perfectly complemented her gym-honed figure in all of its glory.
Her number featured a ruffled shoulder detail which wrapped around Maya's sculpted frame while being tied together around her back.
She opted to accessorise her look with a pair of small sparkling earrings while going all out in the make-up department as her chiselled cheeks were highlighted to perfection.
Maya's signature raven tresses were styled into loose natural waves, cascading freely down her back while blowing in the South African breeze.
As Maya shared snaps of her sensational outfit on Instagram, she wrote in the caption: "Back quickly for a surprise tonight @loveisland".

Prior to the bombshell, the Islanders will be informed that they'd be having a party but the ultimate treat later turned into a disaster for some.
Keanan is set to expose Casey's kiss with Rosie, leaving Claudia Fogerty somewhat baffled after being "disowned", leading to her to confront the pair.
