Traumatised Maura Higgins was left in total agony after being gripped by fear ahead of a visit to the dentist.
The Love Island beauty had her wisdom tooth yanked out - and needed to be restrained by nurses.
It was Maura's first ever experience of dental surgery and she didn't take it at all well.
She had to be strong after the pain just got too much this week.
The Irish star told fans her anxiety levels were going through the roof as she pulled up outside.
But having felt terrible all week, Maura knew it just had to be done.
Posting outside the dentist, she asked her followers for some reassurance but putting up an Instagram question to see if she was overthinking it.
Writing over the selfie shot, the 32-year-old put: "Having my wisdom tooth pulled.
"I've left myself in pain for over a week now and I can't even sleep with the THROBBING pain.
"I am so scared!! Never even had a filling b4.... my anxiety levels are crazy!!"
Her friend Sophia Lauren - who chaotically fell off a bike on their farmhouse trip last week - took us inside.
Snapping the star on the dentist's table holding stress balls, she then uploaded a video of her trauma.
"Begged her for days to get this bitch out... so proud of the you babes!" she wrote after the tooth was plucked.
Maura re-posted the Stories before one more triumphant selfie, writing: "I had to be restrained but we got there in the end!"
She added that she was pleased that she got to keep her tooth and got a lollipop for her troubles.
Sophia was on the other end on Friday afternoon after needing help herself.
Their peaceful escape to the country didn't go as planned as she ended up in a cycling disaster.
They enjoyed a swanky trip to the countryside with two of her pals at the exclusive Soho Farmhouse retreat in Oxfordshire.
But her friend took a tumble - and this time it was Maura taking photos!

The girls seemed to have a great time together, as she shared a video of a large fire pit as well as meeting horses in their stables.
