Love Island contestant Luca Bish has admitted he would give up his place in the villa in a heartbeat if it meant he could date Maura Higgins.
Maura, 31, took part in the 2019 series of the ITV 2 reality show and has since gone on to carve out a successful career - including a stint on Dancing On Ice.
Speaking to The Mirror and other press, Luca spoke about his ideal woman and said: "Maura! If she likes a younger boy, I'll sack this off right now! Everything about her - the face, the fieriness, the Irish accent. She's got it all."
The 23-year-old fishmonger from Brighton isn't bothered about finding fame after Love Island though - so perhaps he's not best suited to Maura.
Luca explained: "I don't really care about being famous. If I end up back in the fish market tomorrow, I was happy then and I'll be happy after.
"I'm not really too fussed, but whatever happens, happens. And if I end up back at the fish market selling fish with my dad, then I end up there."
Speaking about what he thinks he will bring to the Spanish villa this summer, Luca said: "A lot of laughter hopefully. I like having a bit of fun, I’m not someone who takes everything too seriously.
"I want to have a good time there and make sure everyone else is - you don’t want anyone sulking about."
He continued: "I don’t think I’m a bad looking geezer but I think it comes down to personality and who can actually hold a conversation - I think I’ll be good in the Villa."
Luca also admitted that he is one to fall in love quickly - especially if it's the right girl, and he's not afraid to step on anyone's toes to get there.
"I'm proper competitive - I hate losing. I’m not a homewrecker but if it’s early doors and I like that girl then I’ll go for her," he added.
*Love Island starts at 9pm Monday 6th June on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox.
