Love Island beauties Liberty Poole and Kaz Kamwi were held up in a terrifying knifepoint ordeal during a trip Stateside.
The reality stars had been hanging out in Los Angeles when they were reportedly approached by a woman waving a knife.
Fortunately two men intervened and alerted the cops to the 'crazy woman' who confronted the pair as they stepped out of their vehicle.
A source told The Sun: “Liberty and Kaz had been just heading to a party and got out of their car in the wrong part of the neighbourhood.
“Out of the blue, this woman appeared with a knife and threatened them."
The source said they were 'shocked and terrified' but extremely grateful to the two men who were passing-by who rushed to their rescue.
Liberty and Kaz, struck up a close friendship during their time on the ITV reality show and had been in the US to attend the Coachella music festival last month.
The insider added: “They’re now determined to put the scary incident behind them for the rest of their once-in-a-lifetime trip.”
Liberty, has still failed to find love after her ill fated romance to Jake Cornish during the reality show came crashing down.
But she has proved herself to be focusing on her career as she appeared o n Dancing On Ice, signed a £1million deal with online retailer In The Style to become the brand’s latest ambassador.
Earlier in their trip they found time to head to famed hills for snaps of them posing in front of the iconic Hollywood sign along with Kaz's sister Banji.
And aside from her ordeal Liberty appears to loving life in LA as she teased fans on Instagram saying: "Never coming home."
To which gal pal Kaz commented: "We can't leave."
Since leaving the Love Island singleton Kaz has carved a career as a fashion influencer and has recently done charity work with Shelter and The Big Issue.
She upped the anti at the star-studded weekend at the festival donning a mint green silk halterneck top which barely contained her ample assets.
Captioning the string of shots, she wrote: ''Coachella was cute''.
